www.withlovemana.com is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us. 

Defected or Damaged Merchandise:

You will need to intimate us via email within 24 Hrs. of receiving your order regarding the reason for exchanging the product with sufficient proof of defect or damage. You may exchange the items bought for another item or store credit as long as the product is unused and has all its tags intact. The store credit shall be valid for 6 months. 

We do not provide reverse pick-up services. The charges for sending the garment back to us shall be borne by the client. 

Note: We do not provide exchanges or returns for customized or international orders.

Steps for exchange for merchandise bought on full price:

1. For exchange please drop us an email to withlovemana2022@gmail.com with your original order number along with details of exchange. 
2. Once approved, we shall send you the address to courier it back to us, such charges will be borne by you - the customer.
3. Our team will give you a call once we receive the courier and confirm the style change/store credit. 
4. In case of an exchange, the exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges. 

Note: All exchanges are subject to our discretion.
